Julia Godby-Murray, RN Coordinator of the National Nurses Honor Guard Coalition has dedicated her time not only as a nurse honor guard but to coordinate, organize and assist the groups. You can email her at jmury581@gmail.com and she can help answer your question. There are over 200 groups across the country that she helps.

YES! We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. Your donation is tax deductible, our EIN number is 88-2828430; tax form available upon request. You can mail us a check made out to Northeast Ohio Nurse Honor Guard to P.O. Box 241424, Cleveland Ohio 44124. You can also use our donation section below.

There is no cost for our service. We will give you a Nightingale Lamp, rose for the casket or urn and a certificate of accomplishment for the nurse.

Once we receive a request for a Nightingale tribute we contact our volunteers to see who is available. It depends on the volunteers work and personal availability.
